Born and raised in Chicago, DJ Moondawg is considered as one of the fastest-rising hip hop deejays in the club scene, mainstream radio, and mixtape hosting. He practiced radio at the college level during his years at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and after he graduated, he went straight to working for Clear Channel’s 107.5 WGCI the #1 radio station in the 3rd largest city in the country. He has collaborated with artists such as Twista, Lupe Fiasco, Ludacris, Hot Stylz, Kidz in the Hall, DJ Drama, and more. DJ Moondawg is also the 1st and only Chicago deejay to be inducted into The Affiliates, one of the most recognized & exclusive DJ crews in the country.
